There will need to be a big improvement this midweek against Luton as Stoke aim to elevate themselves further away from the relegation zone with a win.
Luton travel to Staffordshire unbeaten in three matches and will be keen to move closer to the playoff positions with a win on Tuesday.
Nathan Jones has won many plaudits for his side’s displays at the back, with the Hatters conceding just 19 goals so far this season which is one of the best defensive records in the division.

Furthermore, Luton have the third-most impressive away record in the Championship, claiming 17 points from a possible 27 which has made up the bulk of their points in the league this season.
Luton sit eighth in the Championship and could move up to as high as fourth with a win against Stoke, depending on other results.
Jones will hope his side can continue their stellar form on the road and take another step forward in their hunt for promotion.
