Last season, the Warriors had to wait until November 21 to record their first road win of the year following a 0-8 start. Coincidentally
that was a game at the Toyota Center, where they had to score 127 points to beat the Rockets. They’re already off the mark on the road this season after a impressive win at
Sacramento a couple of nights ago. Stephen Curry scored 41 points while Chris Paul also excelled with 12 assists. Draymond Green
missed yet another game and his status is up in the air for this one. Regardless of that, the Warriors are still favored by 4.5 points.
Houston hasn’t had the start of the season that Rockets fans hoped for and they’re 0-2 following defeats at Orlando and San Antonio.
Losing to the Spurs in OT was not a good look, especially on the defensive end where they allowed 126 points. Their home opener will be
against the team that has beaten them in 10 straight meetings with an average margin of 13.9 points per game. During that run the

Rockets dropped 5 straight home games as well, so it could be a struggle for them tonight. All the numbers favor the Warriors, but I think
targeting the points is a slightly safer bet. The last 3 meetings in the Toyota Center have ended with 229, 247 and 230 points. With this
being the first home game for the Rockets, they should go all out, not caring about defending the ball. I’ll be backing the over in this one.
